You can stop ClearComment from receiving new Instagram and Facebook comments and request deletion of data already stored.
Disconnect channels
- Sign in and open Channels.
- Disconnect each connected Instagram or Facebook page, or open Settings and use Disconnect workspace.
- Remove the app from your Meta Business integrations if you also want to revoke Meta authorization immediately.
Request full deletion
- Email support@clearcomment.com from the email used for your account.
- Use the subject “Delete my account data” and include your workspace name.
- We will verify ownership and confirm when deletion begins.
Verified requests are completed within 30 days. We delete or anonymize account, workspace, channel, comment, and moderation-log data unless a limited record must be retained for security, fraud prevention, payment records, or legal compliance.
What happens next
Disconnecting stops new channel ingestion. Full deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will receive confirmation at your account email when the request is complete.
