Rivlelite Ventures Pvt Ltd operates ClearComment. This policy explains what we collect, why we process it, where it is handled, and the choices available to you.
Data we collect
We collect your account email, optional profile details, workspace settings, billing status, and connected page metadata such as platform, page identifier, page name, connection status, and token expiry. Comment content and available author metadata are processed for classification and moderation. We also collect essential security, request, and error logs.
How we use data
We use data to authenticate users, connect authorized channels, classify and moderate comments, display the audit log, operate subscriptions, prevent abuse, send operational emails, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
AI processing
Comment content is sent to automated classifiers to determine sentiment, spam, and moderation outcomes. Google Gemini is the primary model. Where configured, additional safety or escalation processing may be performed. Automated moderation decisions can be reviewed and reversed using Hide and Unhide controls.
Subprocessors
We use Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for database infrastructure, Google/Gemini for AI classification, Resend for email delivery, and Paddle for subscription checkout, payments, tax, and merchant-of-record services. Each provider processes only the data needed for its role under its own security and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
Account, workspace, channel, comment, and audit data are retained while your account is active and as needed for service integrity and legal obligations. Comment content is processed transiently by AI providers for classification. After a verified deletion request, account-associated service data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless retention is legally required. Tokens are encrypted at rest and access is restricted.
Your rights
Depending on your location, GDPR, India’s DPDP Act, and other privacy laws may give you rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal data, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
