These Terms govern your use of ClearComment, a service provided by Rivlelite Ventures Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Service
ClearComment connects to authorized Instagram and Facebook channels, classifies comments, and can hide comments according to rules selected by the account owner. Classification is automated and may be reviewed or reversed from the dashboard. You remain responsible for your channels, advertising, and compliance obligations.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and connect only channels you are authorized to manage. You may not use the service to violate law, Meta policies, third-party rights, platform security, or to process unlawfully obtained data. Attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, resell without permission, or abuse the service are prohibited.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew for the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Prices, quotas, taxes, and billing dates are disclosed before purchase. Paddle is the merchant of record for card purchases and handles payment processing, receipts, taxes, and applicable billing support. Canceling stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. Overage is never charged automatically; usage warnings are sent before a limit is reached.
Trial and refunds
The free trial includes 500 comments and requires no card. Trial usage never incurs a charge. First subscription payments are covered by the separate 14-day refund policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular advertising outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid for the service during the preceding three months. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or non-payment, with notice where practical. Data deletion requests are handled under our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of Rivlelite Ventures Pvt Ltd will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
